How to Submit a Request

Email info@trdla.org with the subject “Personal Data Request”, describing your request and how we can contact you. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

Response Time

We respond within one month of receiving the request, as required by the GDPR. This may be extended in complex cases, in which case we will inform you.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
